**Jergens Keylocking Threaded Inserts**
Manufactured in Chicago, Illinois by Jergens’ sister company, ACME Industrial, Jergens Keylocking Inserts are manufactured to AS9100 and conform to MS, NAS, DFARS, Reach and RoHS, with lot traceable and full material certification available.
- Materials include 303, 304, 316, A286, 17-4PH, 4140 Alloy, Nitronic 60 Stainless, Inconel 718 and Carbon Steel.
- Finish options include Zinc Phosphate, Passivated, Cadmium, Dry Film Lube, Silver & Nickel.
- Applications include Engine Casings, Air Frame, Seating and Electronic Equipment.

Designed to support manufacturing and assembly processes, Jergens Workholding Solutions offer maximised uptime of machining centers, along with simplified jigs and fixture changing.
Products include Vises, Zero Point Systems, modular quick change such as Ball-Lock and Quick-Loc, along with Toggle Clamps Workholding and Locating Components.
